Acupuncture
During these sessions, hair-thin needles are used to stimulate points on the body, which clear stagnation, and treat a variety of symptoms—from pain to mental-emotional health. These treatments are very therapeutic, relaxing, and help your nervous system calm so you can heal.
The initial treatment includes an in-depth discussion of your health history, your health concerns, & your health goals. These treatments will include acupuncture and other integrative therapies that seem fitting for your individualized case—many include cupping, guasha, bodywork, essential oils, & lifestyle coaching.
Pricing: Initial Treatment is $140 \\ Follow-up Treatment is $105
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy involves the use of therapeutic touch to release muscle tension, relieve pain, and remove adhesions and scar tissue from the body. Depth and style can vary from practitioner to practitioner, but often deep pressure, myofascial realease, and active stretching are involved.
Pricing: $100 for 60 minutes//$125 for 75 minutes//$140 for 90 minutes
Cupping
Fire Cupping is the use of cups placed on the skin or muscles to cause a suction. This suction helps promote circulation by stretching and moving the fascia and muscles. It helps reduce pain, promotes lymph movement, and can treat old injuries.
Please note that this treatment will likely leave therapeutic petechiae (markings) on the skin for a few days after treatment.
You can add this on to any other treatment or use it as a stand alone. It is a great option if you don’t have a lot of time and want to see results quickly.
Pricing: $30 for 15 minutes//$50 for 30 minutes
Facial Acupuncture
Facial acupuncture helps reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, rejuvenates the face, creates even skin tone, and boost collagen production. It is great for all facial dermatological conditions such as acne, scarring, rosacea, etc. These treatments include full body acupuncture and facial acupuncture. We utilize facial cups and gua sha when necessary. These treatments generally build upon each other and work best over a series of weeks. Come in and bring out the glow within!
Herbal Consultations
(available in person or remotely over telephone or Skype)
Chinese herbal medicine is incredible at helping most conditions. In the initial treatment we will do a thorough intake, learn your health history, health concerns and goals. We will then prescribe you an herbal formula for your individual needs either in pill, tincture, or powder form. Depending on the condition, we will generally check in for a follow-up 2 weeks after the initial and then once a month.
The herbal formulas can be picked up at a medicinary in Portland, OR or can be shipped to your home.
Initial Treatment $80 (1 hour)
Follow-up Treatments $50 (30 mins)

Holistic Health Coaching
(available in person & remotely over the telephone or skype)
In these appointments we will review your entire health journey and coach you on supplements, diet, exercise, herbs, and lifestyle. In addition, we will help provide you with the resources and clarity you may need in navigating the bigger system of healthcare for a particular issue such as autoimmune disorders, infertility/pregnancy, cancer, etc.
Initial Session $80.00 in-person 1 hour or remote 1 hour
Vibrational Healing: Shiatsu and Reiki
This gentle and energetic treatment is supportive and balancing. It is needle free and uses both on-body and off-body techniques to integrate the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. Reiki and Shiatsu are both gentle forms of energy work and used in an integrated setting can both calm the mind and the central nervous system, allowing your body to go into a deep theta state similar to a deep meditation. This treatment works to move out physical, emotional, energetic blocks.
