We are happy to check your benefits for you; however, it is your responsibility to be informed of your medical insurance coverage.

Financial Policy

Payment for treatments are due at the time of appointment. We do bill insurance; however, all copays will be due at time of service.
If you are working to pay your deductible, that will also be due at the time of service.
If for some reason insurance does not pay for your treatment, it is your responsibility to pay for said treatment.

Cancelation Policy:

Weave Wellness requires a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
If appointment is canceled after 24 hours prior to appointment time or missed entirely, patient will be charged the full amount for appointment to the card on file.
Please note that insurance will not pay for missed or late cancelling appointment fees.  

Arriving Late to Appointments

We at Weave Wellness understand life happens sometimes.
If you are running late for your appointment please call or text us with your estimated time of arrival.
We will try our best to accommodate for extenuating circumstances;
however, late arrivals do disrupt the practitioners schedule and could result in needing to reschedule and cancellation fee.
