Hello everyone!

As a native Midwesterner now based in Portland, I have a passion for helping individuals from all walks of life discover how to connect with their bodies and tap into their innate ability to live in balance.

Through a unique lens shaped by my personal experiences with illness, caregiving, and education on death and dying, I offer a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to care. My treatment approach blends traditional acupuncture and bodywork techniques and modern research and I enjoy exploring innovative strategies for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment that are tailored to each individual that I work with. My practice is a safe and inclusive space where everyone is welcome to explore the transformative power of acupuncture.

With experience in treating acute and chronic pain, headaches, autoimmune disorders, women's health issues, stress, insomnia, and more, I aim to create personalized treatment plans that honor each individual's unique needs. Together, we can restore balance, improve health, and enhance your quality of life.

My formal education includes a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science.
