Hello!

I was born in Minneapolis, where I grew up nurturing a love for sports, arts and dance. I’ve called Portland home since 2016, working in student advocacy roles in PPS for almost a decade. Transitioning careers to massage therapy was a big step but a natural process, and has felt like a return home to my lifelong connection with sports, the human body, and our innate ability to move and shape our physical and energetic selves.

I graduated from East West College of Healing Arts (2026), and am excited to deep dive humbly into this work with curiosity and creativity.  My style of work is not to seek answers but to seek patterns, notice change, and hopefully help you find relief. I look forward to embarking on my first chapter with Weave Wellness and journeying with clients to discover their body’s unique needs and what it responds to best!

When I am not at Weave Wellness, I am kicking it with my cat Lyle, playing or coaching Ultimate Frisbee, or diving headfirst into a new craft project without reading any instructions.
