COVID-19 Update
UPDATED: 11/19/21
As of September 1st, Weave Wellness will be open to in-person patient appointments at our new location in N. Portland. Your health and safety is our top priority, and as we welcome you to our space, we want to ensure that we are doing all we can to make our time together as safe and comfortable as possible.
Here is what we are doing to keep our community healthy & protected:
Before you arrive
In compliance with the Governor’s order and guidelines set forth by public health experts, we are asking ALL visitors to the clinic to wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth at all times. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you when you arrive. *Please note that holding fabric over the face and nose while in the clinic is not sufficient.
Please let us know if you develop any of the following symptoms,
Cough
Fever
Fatigue
Headache
Loss of smell or taste
Nausea
Bowel changes
We are asking that if you are sick, even if you are fully vaccinated, please stay home or obtain a negative COVID test before your appointment.
All fees will be waived for late cancellations if you need to reschedule due to illness or COVID-19 exposure.
Please let us know if you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days or has suspected COVID-19 symptoms.
Please stay home if anyone in your household has symptoms.
Please let us know if you have participated in air travel in the last 14 days.
If you have had a positive or suspected case of COVID, please obtain a negative test before coming into the clinic. Bring results with you when you come in next.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment including children.
During Your Appointment:
Please wear your face mask at all times.
If you should encounter another person in the building, please maintain a 6 ft difference.
Please do not touch any retail items.
Please use the disinfected plastic bin provided in treatment rooms to place all of your belongings and clothing in during treatment. Avoid putting items on hooks, tables, and chairs for sanitary purposes.
We are unable to offer tea at this time. Please bring your own small water bottle if you will want water. We will have limited paper cups for those who need them.
What We Are Doing:
We are using medical-grade cleaning product on all surfaces in the clinic.
We are offering online appointments and online initial intakes to limit the amount of in-person interaction in our space.
HEPA filters are being used in the treatment rooms.
Our team will be wearing N95 masks at all times
Our team will stay home if they exhibit symptoms of COVID19 or come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID19. Patients who have interacted with this provider will be informed.
Our team is fully vaccinated
We regularly test ourselves
Please note:
We are still seeing patients via Telehealth if you prefer. These appointments consist of Herbal Medicine Consultations and Health Coaching Consultations. We are also able to do the interview portion of Initial Acupuncture Intakes via Telehealth to limit the amount of time you will be in the clinic.
For herbal consultations, we do an intake and then write up an Herbal Formula addressing your ailments that can be shipped directly to your home. With the Health Coaching Consultations, we address your health concerns with nutrition, herbs, movement & exercises, homeopathy, and other lifestyle guidance.
We look forward to working with you and getting you the care you need—whether in-person or via Telehealth.
